Disclosure
To comply with the FTC ruling over bloggers getting paid to write posts, I offer the following disclosure policy. If you are reading my blog, you should assume the following:
I make money or receive products from some posts I put on this blog. If the blog is about any product, assume I was compensated with product or payment. For clarification, please contact me.
- Every product I write about on this blog, I get for free unless I clearly specify I purchased it myself.
- I occasionally make money from tweets I send out on Twitter.
- If you email me, all of the information in your email is mine to do with as I please.
- Just because I am occasionally paid to blog, tweet, etc. does NOT mean I will give you or your company a positive review, blog post, or endorsement. I blog with integrity.
Hopefully, the above statement clears up any misunderstanding and clarifies any issues you may have about my blog posts or Twitter tweets. If you have further questions, you can contact me via my contact page. Just remember my policy about emails.

I have a disclosure policy on my blog as well. I used to have Adsense on my blog but I never made a penny from it so I took it off, it looks cheap and tacky to me anyway. But I do get the occasional book for free to review.
Mary, it is super important to have a disclosure policy to avoid any potential legal ramifications. Good move on your part, too.
